WORK HARD DREAM BIG

Once upon a time there were three little pigs.  One pig built a house of straw while the second pig built his house with stick.  They built their houses very quickly and then sang and danced all day because they were lazy.  The third little pig worked hard all day and built his house with bricks.

A big bad wolf saw the two little pigs while they danced and played and thought, "What juicy tender meals they will make !" He Chased the two pigs and they ran and hid in their houses. The big bad wolf went to the first house and huffed and puffed and blew the house down in minute.  The frighten little pig ran to the second pig's house that was made of sticks.  The big bad wolf now came to this house and huffed and puffed and blew the house down in hardly any time Now, the two little pigs were terrified and ran to the third pig's house that was made of bricks.  The big bad wolf tried to huff and puff and blow the house down, but he could not.  He kept trying for hours but the house was very strong and the little pigs were safe inside.  He tried to enter through the chimney but the third little pig boiled a big pot of water and kept it below the chimney.  The wolf fell into it and died.  The two little pigs now felt sorry for been so lazy.  They too built their houses with bricks and lived happily ever after.

CONTROL YOUR TEMPER

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper.  His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence.

The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.over the next weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually dwindled down.  He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.  Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all.  He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.  He said "You have done well, my son,but look at the holes in the fence.  The fence will never be the same.  When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.

You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.  It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry, The wound is still there.

MORAL : MAKE SURE YOU CONTROL YOUR TEMPER THAT NEXT TIME YOU ARE TEMPTED TO SAY SOMETHING YOU WILL REGRET LATER, COS SPOKEN WORDS ONCE BUT NEVER COME BACK.

Thanks.

I Asked God

I asked God to take away my pride. And God said "NO"
He Said it was not for him to take away, but for me to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. And God Said "NO"
He said her spirit was whole, her body was only temporary.

I asked God to grant me patience.  And God said "NO"
He said patience is a by-product of tribulations.  It isn't granted, it is earned.

I asked God to spare me pain.  And God said "NO".
He said suffering draws apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.  And God said "NO".
He said I must grow on my own. But he will prune me to make me fruitful.

I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.  And God said "NO".
He said I will give you life, that you may enjoy all things.

I ask God to help me LOVE others, as much as he loves me. And God Said, Ah finally you the idea.

Thanks.
Lokesh Kumar.
