  Not Dieting But Lot's Of Greens


Well People are becoming more responsible about health nowadays.  There are many product available in the Market which promise you to reduce your weight, and some believe that by doing dieting or maybe taking help off product which is available can reduce our weight without putting any effort.  Our body needs regular take care of your body as like machine if our body is not fit what we can do then?

The reason behind increasing weight is related to us.  If we take care of ourself there is no change to increase weight. For that what do you need to do what don't?

Don't - Try to avoid junk food or understand the body need body wants nutrients so next time whatever you eat just ask to yourself is that right thing for me to eat.? You will get the answer.

Do- Find low calories product it could be drink or food and find sources which are rich in calcium and protein.  Green vegetable's are the best way to keep your diet balance you can you use greens in your dinner like as a salad or you can also make the soup etc.  Depends on you that how conscious are you.?  And it will keep you energetic as well.

Don't push your self beyond limit. Short-cut can harm your body it doesn't mean that you are on diet so you will only take salad or you are particular what you are eating.  If you are doing exercise or yoga beside good food believe me your body will never gonna out of shape. The concept is avoid the things which are harmful for our body apart of that it doesn't mean that you stop eating fat completely but be in limit or choose right food for your body.

Do. drinking lot of water is very use full of your body cos it raises metabolic and keeps your body fresh and avoid that are high in sugar.

EVERYTHING EDIBLE THINGS MADE BY MEN ARE FOR EAT BUT IN LIMIT CHOOSE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU OR WHAT IS NOT.
